Mr. Amandeep Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Junior Basic Trained Teacher and is presently posted at GPCS Mashu (Kaffota), District Sirmour. His case is that he is at the verge of retirement and would be superannuating in November, 2026. He is not keeping good health and is a chronic patient of Lumber Spine Disc, due to which he is not in a position to walk long distances. In view of these circumstances, petitioner has represented to respondent 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 No.2 on 11.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) for his transfer, but the said representation has not been decided as yet. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2024 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable policy within a period of six weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
