This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Police Authorities in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful life and enjoyment and harassing and confining the Petitioner in the Police station by saying that they will foist false cases against him with the active instigation of the Respondents 7 and 8 as illegal and unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300- A of the Constitution of India apart from violation of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the Petitioner peaceful life's and enjoyment by any manner and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the 7th Respondent, the Respondent-Police have obtained permission from the SDPO and a case in Cr.No.172 of 2025 of Kalidindi P.S., for the offences punishable under Sections 333, 303(2), 351(b) of BNS, has been registered against the Petitioner. 4
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the Petitioner. There shall be no Order as to costs.
