Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the Letter dated 19th July, 2023 (Annexure-1) issued by the Chief District Veterinary Officer, Koraput-Opposite Party No.3, whereby the agreement signed by the Petitioner for providing manpower for M.V.U. under CSS-ESVHD has been cancelled. 3. Mr. Tripathy, learned AGA submits that after cancellation of the agreement for withdrawal of the scheme, the Petitioner has already received back the amount deposited for performance of the work. 4. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner also fairly concedes to the same. He, however, submits that if the scheme is reintroduced, the Petitioner may be permitted to participate. 5.
