Leave was granted as per order dated 25.3.2025 in I.A.No.1 of 2025. The R.P. is filed on the ground that the review petitioners were not made parties to the Original Petition. Though they were claimants before the competent authority, but not made as parties in the L.A.R. before the District court. 2. The grievance highlighted is that they are now excluded from participating in the land acquisition proceedings and because of the direction issued by this court in the O.P., the District Corut is proceeding without impleading them. On going through the averments as well as the submission made, I am satisfied that there is an error apparent on the face of the record and accordingly, this R.P. is allowed.
