Petitioners seek a direction to the respondents to conclude the selection process in respect of advertisement notification No.E-2/12967- 76 dated 20.06.2013 being DIP/J-2820/13, by virtue of which three vacancies of Rehbar-e Taleem Teachers were advertised for the HS Bupp, Tehsil Chenani, District Udhampur, by deleting the names of the private respondents No.7 & 8 from the zone of consideration. They also sought direction for investigation by Special Investigating Agency against the private respondents and officials involved in tempering the record. 02. Notice was issued in this petition on 27.09.2017 and it was directed that the selection process may go on but appointment shall not be made without the permission of the Court. 03. Mr. Maneesh Rampal, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that no one has been appointed pursuant to the aforesaid Advertisement notice. In the intervening period, the respondents have 2 come up with Government Order No. 919-Edu of 2018 dated 16.11.2018 vide which Rehbre-e-Taleem scheme has been closed. The aforesaid Government order was the subject matter of consideration in a batch of petitions titled Ruksana Jabeen vs. State of J&K and ors., (SWP No. 3004/2018) and is squarely covered by Para-31 (iii) of the judgment. 04. As the selection has not culminated into appointment of any candidate, therefore, this petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
