The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned orders dated 22.01.2025 and 21.06.2024 passed by respondent No. 2. (Annexure No. 6 & 5 to the writ petition). ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner and further directed not to dispossess from the land in dispute." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
