GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.32678 of 2025 ORDER: Aggrieved by the orders of the 4th respondent dated 21.10.2025, the petitioner approached this Court, wherein the 4th respondent has entertained the application made by the third party i.e., respondent No.5 and deleted the entries made in favour of petitioner in the records. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4. As this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with. 3. On perusal of the orders dated 21.10.2025, it shows that the 4th respondent has followed the procedure contemplated under the Rules, and the orders have been passed on merits. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition as there is a statutory remedy available. 4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal as against the 4 orders dated 21.10.2025 within one month and the petitioner may also file an application for interim protection along with the appeal and if any such application is filed, the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible. Till the disposal of the interim application, there shall be a direction to the respondent authorities to maintain status quo with regard to records. There shall be no order as to costs.
