THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR FINAL HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Memorandum of Criminal Petition by quashing the show cause order dated 26.06.2025 passed by 2nd respondent under Section 130 of BNSS act in precautionary action report No.45/2025 by 1st respondent under section 126 of the BNSS act 2023 in so far as petitioner is concerned in the interest of justice. 2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would appear before the respondent No.2 on 28.07.2025 and on such date the respondents may be directed to furnish - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26165 CRL.P No. 9560 of 2025 documents/reports referred to and relied upon in impugned summons and notice to the petitioner. It is further submitted that upon respondents furnishing the documents referred to and relied upon in the impugned notice at Document No.1 dated 26.06.2025 and Document No.2 dated 26.06.2025, the petitioner would submit suitable reply to the same within a period of two weeks from thereafter and respondent No.2 may be directed to proceed further in accordance with law. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. The petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2 on 28.07.2025. In the event, the petitioner appears before the respondent No.2 on 28.07.2025 as stated supra, the respondents shall furnish copies of documents referred to and relied upon in the impugned summons and notice at documents No.1 and 2, immediately to the petitioner. Upon the respondents furnishing the aforementioned documents No.1 and 2 to the petitioner, the petitioner - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:26165 CRL.P No. 9560 of 2025 shall submit a reply to the same within a period of two months from the date on which the respondents furnishes the said documents. 5. Upon the petitioner submitting reply to the respondents as stated supra, the respondents shall be entitled to proceed further and take/pass appropriate decision/appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6.
