This is an application for releasing of 50% of the awarded amount in connection with MAC Appeal No. 376/2024, which was deposited before the Registry of this Court on 28.11.2024. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant. In view of above, the 50% of the total awarded amount, i.e., Rs.14,37,800/- deposited in the Registry of this Court on 28.11.2024 vide cheque No. 005429 dated 20.11.2024 is allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant, subject to her executing an indemnity bond.
