In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may work out his remedies before the competent Magistrate. Accordingly, the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and consider the Action Taken Report filed in Crime No. 74 of 2020, in accordance with law and on merits, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.
