M/S INDUS LAW FIRM The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein trying to settle the civil disputes at the instance for the 5th respondent herein without considering civil suits in O.S. NO. 92/2020 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Nandalur, Kadapa District illegal, arbitrary and violative 2 of Principals of natural justice and consequently direct the 4th respondent herein not to interfere with the civil disputes forthwith.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by Respondent No.5, a case in Crime No.36 of 2020 on the file of Pullampeta Police Station, Kadapa District for the offences under Sections 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC has been registered against the Petitioner. It is further submitted that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri G.V.S.Mehar Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law in connection with the crime registered against the Petitioner. Police are further directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
