GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “..to issue an order, direction or Writ more and particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring the action of the respondents no. 5 and 6 in interfering with money transactions between the petitioners and respondent no. 7 and seizing the Tata Indica car bearing no. AP16DN2597 belonging to petitioners no. 1 and 2 and keeping the car in police station and calling the petitioners no. 1 and 2 to the police station and trying to settle the money disputes between the petitioners and respondent no. 7 same is illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and in violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and consequently a) direct the respondents no. 5 and 6 not to interfere with money transactions between the petitioners and respondent no. 7 and b) direct the respondents no. 5 and 6 to handover the Tata Indica car bearing no. AP16DN2597 to the petitioners no. 1 and 2...” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
