ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus - declaring the high handed action of the respondent No. 4 calling the petitioner to Police Station and insisting the petitioner to hand over the part of property in an extent of an extent of Ac.0.12 cents in Sy No. 280/8 of vacant site, Zink Sheet Shed, Door No. 1-61, D Assessment No. 325, RCC Building situated at Pasupugallu Village, Mundlamur Mandal, Prakasam Revenue Districtto 5th respondent is illegal, arbitrary and violative Articles 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to call the petitioner to Police Station and not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioner and 5th respondent pertaining to the above said land in the interest of justice and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri T. Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the petitioner and interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. Learned counsel would submit that direction may be given to the police.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station since no crime has been registered against the petitioner and not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent in respect of land, which is the subject matter in O.S.No.222 of 2022 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Darsi. There shall be no order as to costs.
