Hon'ble Deepak Verma,J. 1. This is the second anticipatory bail application of the applicant. 2. First anticipatory bail application being Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 482 BNSS No. 11834 of 2024 was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 06.01.2025. 3. Applicant' counsel submitted that co-accused has been granted regular bail in the present case and applicant's case is similar with the co-accused. 4. Since, first anticipatory bail application has been rejected on merit and this second anticipatory bail application has been filed with same set of facts and no new ground has been taken, therefore, no interference is warranted by this Court. 5.
