ORDER ON BOARD 03 /12/2025
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3/Tehsildar, Chuuriya, District – Rajnandgaon (C.G.) to decide the case bearing Case No. 202503090200027 pending before him, within stipulated time. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to any other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the interim order passed by the Respondent No. 3/Tehsildar, now the proceedings are pending before the Respondent No. 2/Collector and since last 03 hearings, no satisfactory proceeding has been recorded and therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 2/Collector to conclude the revision proceedings at the earliest.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer being made by the counsel for the petitioners, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record.
5. Taking into consideration, facts and circumstances of the case, submission of counsel for the respective parties and nature of grievance raised by the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage
3 directing the Respondent No. 2/Collector to conclude the proceedings pending before him within a further period of 02 months from the next date fixed for hearing.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
