ORDER--
1. This criminal petition under sections 480 and 48.3 of the BNSS is filed by the petitioner/A3 to grant regular bail in connection with Crime No.162 of 2024 of Rajahmundry ll Town Police Station of East Godavari District for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS All;A _
2. Heard arguments of Sri M.Sohail Shareef, the learned counsel for petitioner and Sri K.Sandeep, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State. 3. Prosecution case is that On ll.09.2024, one goods auto rickshaw was intercepted and four accused were arrested and 23 Kgs of Ganja was seized. They were remanded to judicial custody. 4. The present petitioner iS A3. He seeks regular bail. His earlier bail petition in CrI.P.No.8045 of 2024 was dismissed by this court on 21.12.2024. After a gap of more than one and half I.\`~_
fr month, he has come up with this renewal bail petition. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer. 5. During hearing, it has been stated that the present Petitioner has nO Other Criminal antecedents and that A4 who was arrested along with this petitioner was granted regular baI'l by a learned Judge of this court on o9.01.2025 in CrI.P.No.9499 of
2024. The petitioner has been in judicial custody for the last five months. lt is also reported that investigation stood completed and charge sheet would be filed as an when scientific and technical reports are received. 6. ln the above referred circumstances, any continued detention does not seem necessary. Hence prayer is granted. 7. In the result, this criminal petition is allowed in the following terms:
1. The petitioner/A3 shall be enlarged on bail on executing a Personal bond for a sum of Rs.30,00O/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned v Additional Judicial Magl'strate of the First class, Rajamahendravaram. t3giv,
