ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd and 4th respondent -Additional Director of Land Records, Holenarasipura and the Tahsildar, Holenarasipura Taluk, have delayed the process of conducting phodi and durasth pursuant to the lands granted to many persons, including the petitioners.
The lands were granted in the year 1976 and as seen at Annexures-A and B, the 3rd and 4th respondent authorities have expressed their difficulty in conducting the phodi and durasth, since large extents of land were granted at the relevant point of time and there is a writ petition pending before this Court in

W.P.No.3817/2024. Nevertheless, at Annexure-G is the proceeding initiated by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar and the petitioners have been asked to produce the relevant documents. 3. Since the Tahsildar has already commenced the process of conducting the phodi and durast as found at Annexure-G, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to 3rd and 4th respondents to proceed and conduct the phodi and durast as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four months, having regard to the large number of grantees who are before the authorities seeking phodi and durasth. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE
