The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.4 in issuing orders vide Rc.Nil/2024, dated 27.12.2024 by placing the Petitioner and continuing him under suspension, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. In the course of arguments, it is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to instructions issued by Respondent No.2 vide Rc.No.A1/15021/107/2020, dated 10.11.2025, Respondent No.4 issued orders vide Rc.Nil/2024, dated 01.12.2025 reinstating the Petitioner into service pending enquiry into charges. The Petitioner joined duty on the F.N of 01.12.2025 and submitted his joining report to Respondent No.4. 3. The learned counsel for the Petitioner Sri V.V.L.N. Sarma would submit that the subsistence allowance was not released to the Petitioner during his suspension period. 4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 would submit that subsistence allowance would be released in accordance with the Rules. 4 5. Considering the submissions made by both sides counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions; (i) The Respondent-authorities are directed to release the subsistence allowance for the suspension period of the Petitioner in accordance with the Rules within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (ii) No order as to costs. 6.
