By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioners have challenged the FIR No.24 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 registered with Police Station Kunda, District Udham Singh Nagar under Sections 307, 506 and 120B IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, charge- sheet has already been filed by the police on 06.06.2021, therefore, nothing survives in this criminal writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 6. Interim order, dated 13.05.2021, stands vacated.
