The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 188/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 420, 376(2)(n) & 354(c) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ranchi. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecturix who is aged about 25 years. It appears that the both the parties were in relationship for ten years. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S.
