JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 30-07-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 57 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 338, 336(2), 340(2), 303(2), 318(4), 319(2), 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act. 3. The police raided the village of the petitioner at around 3 in the morning and eight persons including the petitioner were found talking with their mobiles and it was detected by the Police that the accused persons were involved in cyber fraud. From the accused persons, mobile phones, sim cards, bank passbook, ATM cards etc., and cash were recovered. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
