The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioners seeking the following relief:
“... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the In action of the Respondents Nos.4 to 6 Police persons in not taking any legal action against the 3rd Petitioner Complaint dt.05/11/2021as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents take action and Conduct Departmental enquiry against the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 for Interference of Civil disputes between the petitioners and 7th respondent and to pass ....”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that there are civil disputes pending between the Petitioners and respondent No.7 with regard to erection of compound wall in the subject land and in that connection, complaints were filed against each other. Respondent Police registered the said cases and conducted investigation in an unbiased manner and would finally submit that appropriate orders may be passed by disposing of this Writ Petition.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
