Record reveals that when the case was listed before this Court on 27.12.2024, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has provided a copy of the judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 2823/2023 in case titled “Sanjeev Bhagat and others Vs. U.T of J&K and others” decided on 14.11.2024 with a view to examine the same and assist this Court whether the issue in question is covered by the judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court or not. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue, which has been projected in the instant petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court mentioned (supra), to which Mr. Irfan Inqalabi, learned GA, appearing on behalf of the respondents fairly admits the same. 03. Accordingly, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal and the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the case of the petitioners and take a decision in the light of what has been held in the judgment passed by a Coordinate Sr.No. 02 2 Bench of this Court in Sanjeev Bhagat’s case (supra). The aforesaid exercise shall be carried out within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order along with copy of the instant writ petition and the annexure(s) and copy of order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 14.11.2024 in WP (C) No. 2823/2024 are made available to the respondents. 04.
