1. The present Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of Civil Suit, being CSDJ ADJ 996/2021, titled “Kaushal Kishor Tyagi v. Jayant Sati”, pending before the Court of learned District Judge-03, South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi to the Court of learned District Judge-01, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
