A report has been placed by the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court dated 10th July, 2025 wherefrom it appears that calculation is in terms of the modified decree passed by this Court. 2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has accepted the calculation. 3. Learned Counsel for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has not been able to show any infirmity in the calculation. 4. On such consideration, the revised report filed by the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court is accepted. 2 5. The appellant is directed to pay the aforesaid sum through RTGS or NEFT to the following designated bank account of the respondent/decree-holder, as provided by Mr. Chanchal Kumar Dutta, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the decree-holder: “RANA CHAIRS AXIS BANK LTD, Mayapuri Branch, Mayapuri Del Dl, New Delhi – 110064 Account No.923020008615660 IFSC : UTIB0004138” 6. The aforesaid amount should be paid within a period of eight weeks from date. In the event the aforesaid sum is not paid within the period of eight weeks, the amount decreed shall carry interest at the rate of 18% till the said amount is paid. 7. The description of the respondent in the cause list as well as in the order dated 13th June, 2025 shall stand corrected. It should be described as ‘M/S. RANA CHAIRS’ instead of “M/S. RAMA CHAIRS’. The report of the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court should also be corrected and read as ‘M/S. RANA CHAIRS’. All previous orders with the wrong description shall be corrected and the server copy of all the orders should be corrected and uploaded. 8. Liberty is given to the respondent to mention before the learned Single Judge before whom the execution application is pending for recording full satisfaction of the decree upon payment being received in terms of this order. 3 9.
