ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus aggrieved by the action of respondents, particularly the respondent at the instance of respondents 5 and 6 in repeatedly insisting the petitioner to appear before the 4th respondent police station and insisting him to vacate and deliver the Land of Ac. 3.36 Cents covered by Sy. No. 3/2, of Narasimhapuram Village in Markapuram Mandal of Prakasam District to 5th and 6th respondent, as illegal, irregular, irrational, arbitrary, without any authority or sanction of law and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in any manner with the petitioner's possession over the said lands and his personal liberty.”

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.5 and 6. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent Nos.5 and 6. There shall be no order as to costs.
