By way of present petition, the petitioner has sought 11196037230314 of 2023 registered with Laxmipura Police Station, Vadodara City for the offences punishable under Sections 506 and 114 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as well as sections 42(a) and 42(b) of the Gujarat Money Lenders Act to DCB Crime Police Station, Vadodara or CID Crime Police Station. Pursuant to the order dated 02.01.2025 passed by the coordinate Bench, Mr. R.D. Kava, Assistant Commissioner of Police, ‘B’ Division Police Station, Vadodara City has tendered report which is taken on record. He has submitted that investigation is still going on and if the petitioner furnishes or produces any evidence or material before the concerned investigating agency then it shall be looked into.
