The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 145/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 17 & 21 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. It was submitted that 2.96 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of small quantity. 4. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Chakradharpur P.S.
