“10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and quash the impugned transfer order dated 15.01.2025 (Anx. P/1) in respect of petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to pass an appropriate order or issue writ as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Lecturer and has been transferred from Govt. Polytechnic Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh to Govt. Polytechnic Korba, Chhattisgarh on the administrative exigency. He further submits that the wife of the petitioner is suffering from psychiatrist disease and her treatment is going on and the children of the petitioner are minor and studying in pre-school and pre-primary school and nobody is there to look after them, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to interfere.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances
3 before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law.
6. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer
order dated 15.01.2025 is kept in abeyance.
7. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands
