JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition has been filed calling in question the correctness of the final Notices at Annexures-A to A15. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the impugned Notices could not have been issued while there were proceedings pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.A.No.731/2020 and connected matters, in which proceedings, there was stay of the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.2591/2020 and connected matters. - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45705 WP No. 32236 of 2025 3. The interim order of stay dated 24.01.2025 passed on the said writ appeals reads as follows: "Learned HCGP appearing for the appellants submits that he will appropriately instruct the respondents not to take any further action for recovery of the balance 50% of the amount since the entire recovery now stands quashed and the interim stay in the appeal is only as regards refund of the 50% already paid by the respondents. List these matters on 10.02.2025." 4. It is noticed that the learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent-State submits that the District Registrar has communicated to the Tahsildar on 10.11.2025 that no action has to be taken while referring to the interim order passed by this Court on 27.10.2025. Further, the learned Additional Government Advocate also places a communication by the Tahsildar to the learned AGA to the same effect. It is further submitted that the respondent- - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:45705 WP No. 32236 of 2025 State has taken a stand that they would not take any action pursuant to the impugned order till the disposal of the W.A.No.731/2020 and connected matters. 5. In the light of the same, the matter does not call of any further adjudication. Taking note of the stand of the respondent-State, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Accordingly, the impugned Notices at Annexures- A to A15 are kept in abeyance, in the light of the above discussion and liberty reserved to take action after the disposal of the writ appeals.
