Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, on instruction, submits that petitioner will take over charge in terms of order dated 25.03.2025. He further seeks a liberty to submit an application to handover said charge to other Teacher since he is suffering from medical ailment and probably he will not be able to discharge said duty which involve financial implication also, properly. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with observation that if petitioner takes charge in terms of order dated 25.03.2025 by 12th May, 2025, he will be at liberty to file an application before concerned respondent ventilating above referred grievance and the same will be considered in accordance with law.
