The fire arm license was granted by the competent authority in favour of the petitioner on 11.09.2021 as per conditions contained in the aforesaid order. The petitioner should purchase fire arm within a time bound period. 2. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that due to illness of his mother fire-arm could not be purchased hence a prayer has been made to grant some more time to purchase fire-arm license. It is further argued that though in this regard representations were made by the petitioner before the authorities but till date no action has been taken hence present writ petition. 3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and perused the record. 4. With the consent of counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation raising all his grievances as has been raised by him in the present writ petition and annexing all the relevant papers before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Kaushambi along- with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, the respondent no.2 is directed to pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks.
