He submits that as the right of the petitioner to use the tubewell has been adversely affected by virtue of the impugned order, Annexure P-9, First Appellate Court be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously in a time bound manner. 2. Having considered the nature of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not deem it necessary to call upon the respondent. Concededly, first appeal is pending and is listed for arguments.
