Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned first information report dated 25.4.2025 lodged as Case Crime No. 372 of 2025, under sections 308(2), 127(2), 115(2), 351(3), 352 BNS, P.S. Kotwali Shahar, District Bulandshahr. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in aforesaid case. 3. The writ petition filed by co-accused Pooja challenging the same impugned first information report, has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 9.5.2025 therefore, no different view can be taken in the present case as well. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. 5. The present writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
