The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to quash the order dated 16.07.2022 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 21 Allahabad in Session Trial No. 487 of 2019, whereby the present applicant is summoned under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. under Sections 498-A, 304-B of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
