ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ .... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent not registering the complaint dated 31.08.2021 made by the petitioner illegal, arbitrary, and violation of article 14,21 of constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of code of criminal procedure and consequently direct the respondent register the complaint against the respondents no. 5 to 15 and pass such....”
None represented for the Petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Police on written instructions would submit that two groups i.e, petitioner and unofficial respondents are claiming the waqf property of Kota Masjid situated near Bodrai, Pamidi Town and Mandal, Anantapuram District and cases are filed against each others. Since the matter is purely civil in nature, no case is registered on the complaint of the Petitioner. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The parties are at liberty to work out their remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
