GOLLAMUDI ARUN KUMAR The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as well as harassing the petitioner by summoning her to the police station to settle the dispute in favor of the unofficial respondent, and 2 threatening her with false cases if she fails to comply, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21, and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to cease any interference in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent and to refrain from harassing or threatening the petitioner.” 2. None represented for the Petitioner. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the complaint given by Respondent No.4, the Petitioner was called to the Police Station for enquiry, however, the Petitioner did not turn up. It is further submitted that, no crime has been registered against the Petitioner and the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
