In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the respondents to release the balance of salary of the petitioner, which is due to the petitioner alongwith interest. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide his representation dated 8.4.2024 (Annexure P-11), in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Vikas Arora, DAG, Punjab appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 and on the asking of the Court, he also accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4. He does not oppose the prayer, as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
