Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. Issue a writ of certiorari quashing orders dated 07.08.2024 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Kasimabad, District-Ghazipur and order dated 21.01.2025 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate Tehsil Kasimabad, District-Ghazipur in case No 4010/2024, computerized case No. T202414291104010 (Sinhasan and others Vs. Pintu) under section (209 J) land Revenue Act 2006 (Annexure no. 1 and 2 with this writ petition)." 3.The restoration application filed by the respondent has been allowed by the order dated 7.8.2024. Revision filed by the petitioner has also been dismissed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that since the matter has been restored before the original Authority, it will be in the interest of justice that both the parties may contest the matter on merits. 5. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 6. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 3, S.D.M, Ghazipur to decide the mutation proceedings expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
