GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more specifically respondent No. 4 in interfering with the civil disputes under the instigation of the 5th respondent with respect to the Shop under the name and style Sri Aditya Sweet Konark, situated near 80 feet road, Pasagada Suryanarayana Mill Junction, Srikakulam Town and District as 2 illegal, arbitrary without jurisdiction and also violating Article 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere with matters of civil disputes with respect to the Shop under the name and style Sri Aditya Sweet Konark, situated near 80 feet road, Pasagada Suryanarayana Mill Junction, Srikakulam Town and District.” 2.
