This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to assign the house site pattas in 'Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu' program in the land in RS.No.52 of Thumula Cheruvu, Hamlet of Kona Village, Machilipatnam, Krishna District, which was classified as Puntha without following the due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.09.2025 submits that the subject land is classified as AWD from “Puntha” accordingly, the 2nd respondent issued the proceedings dated 22.01.2020. The said change of classification was made to an extent of Ac.0.79 cents out of total extent of Ac.2.16 cents. Out of Ac.0.79 cents, an extent of Ac.0.43 cents in R.S.No.52-1 and Ac.0.36 cents in R.S.No.52-3 of Tummalacheruvu , Hamlet of Kona Village, Machilipatnam, South Mandal was altered as “GP-AWD” under the provisions of “BSO-15, Para (2) (3) (ii)” for issuance of house site pattas under the “Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu” Scheme. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 5 are directed to deal with the remaining portion of the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. The 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.10739 of 2020 written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 17.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
