The petitioner is an employee of DAV College Managing Committee who is running the School namely DAV Mukhyamantri Public School, as such, the petitioner is an employee of society. 2. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in WA No. 459/2024 (T. Vishnu vs. South Eastern Coalfields Ltd.) decided on 25.07.2024. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
