1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 19.03.2025 passed in MCRC No. 1364 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Yogesh Sahu and Takesh Vishwakarma had expressed its trust that the trial MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.10.17 15:29:22 +0530
2 Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment.
3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 19.09.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of all the witnesses have been recorded and the trial is at the verge of conclusion.
4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today.
5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
6. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order be sent to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
