Soni, Advocate ------ 02/02.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 31/2025 arising out of Jageshwar Vihar P.S. Case No. 20/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 80, 85, 123 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. It is alleged that the wife of the petitioner died due to poisoning in her matrimonial home. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is drunkard and he used to assault his wife for money due to which his wife committed suicide. It was further submitted that charge has been framed under Section 108 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo at Tenughat in connection with S.T. Case No. 31/2025 arising out of Jageshwar Vihar P.S. Case No. 20/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
