ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:
“…..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent No. 3 in implementing orders dated 19-03-2019 passed in C.M.A No. 7 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam and not releasing the sale deed dated 26-03-2011 bearing pending document P. 232/2011 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register and release the sale deed, return the amount of Rs. 6,29,250/- deposited by the petitioner….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the respondents have released the document but they have not returned the amount of Rs.6,29,250/- deposited by the petitioner

so far. He has further submitted the petitioner also made a representation dated 02.06.2025 for release of the document and return of the amount.
4. In view of the said circumstances, the Writ Petition is
disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders based on the orders dated 19.03.2019 passed in C.M.A.No.7 of 2012 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ JUSTICE D.RAMESH
