This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 01.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.22899 of 2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 01.09.2023 and after filing this contempt case, the application of the petitioner has been considered in accordance with law, as such, the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in this contempt case has been complied with and there remains nothing for adjudication, accordingly, prayed to close the contempt.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner’s application for conversion has been considered, however, the respondents are demanding extra amount, as such, there is willful disobedience on the part of the respondents, accordingly, prayed to pass appropriate orders.
4. Perused the record and considered the submissions made by both the
learned counsel.

This Court, on 01.09.2023 directed the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner for conversion of HT Sc.NO.ONG877 to LT Cat-III in accordance with law and the same has been complied with, as such, there remains nothing for adjudication and the contempt case is liable to be closed.
6. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can approach appropriate forum. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
