JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI Digitally signed by MEGHA MOHAN Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29441 WP No. 15228 of 2025 ORAL ORDER The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the orders passed on I.A.No.III in M.C.No.3280/2019 dated 16.09.2023 by the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Court had granted the maintenance to the wife. 2. The Writ Petition is filed on 11.04.2025. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the matter on the merits, this Court is not inclined go on the merits of the matter as the interim order is questioned nearly after 1 and half years. 3. Learned counsel has made an alternative prayer seeking direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter. This M.C. is of the year 2019 and same is pending before the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru and already there is a specific direction issued to the Family Courts at Bengaluru to dispose of the matters till 2019. 4. Hence, there shall be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of this matter by 31.12.2025. It is made it clear that this Court has not interfered with the order impugned. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29441 WP No. 15228 of 2025 5. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER (i) The Writ Petition is disposed of. The IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru is directed to dispose of M.C.No.3280/2019 by 15.12.2025. (ii) All IAs., in this petition shall stand closed.
