Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from Sleep apnea and she is required regular medical checkup at Bilaspur. The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 23/04/2025 to respondent No.2 by mentioning the said fact vide Annexure-P/7. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No.2 by bringing the difficulties being faced by her because of her health issue, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the above submission made by the counsel for the respondents, the Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation (Annexure-P/7) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
