GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the inaction of Respondents 2 to 4 in considering and deciding the petitioner s application (manual representation dated 15.11.2024) for deletion of land in Sy. No.10/1,Chemmumiyapet Village, Kadapa Mandal, extent Ac.3.32 cents, from the Dotted Lands Category, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the District Level Committee (Respondent No.2) to consider the petitioners application on merits and pass appropriate orders under the A.P. Dotted Lands (Updation in Resettlement Register) Act, 2017, expeditiously and in a prescribed time from the date of receipt of this Hon’ble Courts order in the interest of justice and pass….” 2. Heard Mr. Mude Sai Kumar Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Considering the submissions of both side counsel, this Court has passed the following order on 19.11.2025. “In fact this is a second round of litigation. The petitioner has approached this Court by filing W.P.No.25246 of 2023 questioning the inaction of the respondents and the said writ petition was disposed of vide orders dated 26.09.2023. Despite the same, the respondents have not acted upon the representation made by the petitioner on 15.11.2024 and not passed any orders so far. At request of learned Assistant Government Pleader, to get instructions, list the matter after two (2) weeks.” 4 4. Pursuant to the same, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, has submitted that the respondents would consider the orders passed dated 26.9.2023 in W.P.No.25246 of 2023 and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable period. 5. Considering the said submissions, an opportunity is being given to the respondent authorities to consider the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.25246 of 2023 and take appropriate decision within a period of two (02) months from this day. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
