Indisputably, petitioner enclosed his Caste certificate of OBC- NCL dated 29.08.2009, which does not meet the requirements as stipulated hereinabove. Thereafter, petitioner before this Court has placed on record a fresh Caste certificate of OBC-NCL dated 13.12.2024, which too is of no significance for the purpose of considering his candidature in the present recruitment, since the Caste certificate of OBC-NCL, should relate to preceding one year from the last cut off date of submission of the online application form. 3. Thus, the respondents have not committed any illegality/ perversity in not considering the candidature of petitioner under the OBC-NCL category. 4. Counsel for petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the same. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
